Rich Tobias Jr. and Doug Rose have purchased the clay track in the shadows of Kutztown University and will embark on a new promotional venture. The Tobias and Rose combination acquired Kutztown from the Meitzler family and gave it a new moniker: Action Track USA. Shortly thereafter, realtor Jeffrey Hogue purchased a naming rights sponsorship for 2013. (more…)
