Barry Angstadt2019-06-02T23:27:21-04:00Kutztown, PA (June 2) - Drenching rains throughout the week, culminating with a heavy pounding from Mother Nature on Saturday night, forced the cancellation of Sunday's racing program at Championship Energy Action Track USA on the Kutztown Fairgrounds. Despite the best intentions of co-promoters Rich Tobias and Doug Rose, the track, infield, and parking lot had simply taken too much water and there was no way the track could be made raceable.
