Kyle Busch, the NASCAR Cup Series star, is scheduled to race at Champion Energy Action Track USA in Kutztown on Wednesday as part of Hyper Racing 600 Speedweeks.
NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Sheldon Creed also is slated to race.
