Changes to credential request policy due to insurance and safety considerations

Credential Request Policy

We have made some changes to our credential request policy due to insurance and safety considerations, all credential passes are very limited and will be assigned at event management’s discretion.

All requests must be made in writing even if individuals hold a valid and current press pass.

Deadline is 1 week prior to each event to be included in consideration

Photographers
We have 7 official track photographers. These 7 have dedicated themselves to shoot our track weekly and have agreed to certain terms and hold specific credentials.

Instead of completely closing photo shooting to these 7, we are offering limited photographer spots at $10 each.

• You will have some safety restrictions.
• You must still request credential access 1 week prior to each event.
• You must show “proof of coverage” by sending a high-resolution photo disk or a link can be emailed where you have uploaded photo’s to a website or social media to info@www.motorsports.marketing.
• Event management reserves the right to use any material for future promotions.

Writers & Website hosts
Requests must be on company letterhead and emailed to info@www.motorsports.marketing

Proof of coverage:

• All article must be submitted to info@www.motorsports.marketing
• Management reserves the right to use submitted articles for future promotions
• Management agrees NOT to use submitted articles prior to print as long as you let management know when that date will be.

Videographers

We have 3 official track videographers. These 3 have dedicated themselves to shoot our track weekly and have agreed to certain terms and hold specific credentials.

Instead of completely closing video shooting to these 3, we are offering limited videographer spots at $10 each.

• You will have some safety restrictions.
• You must still request credential access 1 week prior to each event.
• You must show “proof of coverage” by sending a link of video footage to info@www.motorsports.marketing.
• Event management reserves the right to use any material for future promotions.
