Illustrating the diversity of the division, New York modified star Mike Mahaney and touring World of Outlaws late model driver Rick Eckert split the speedster twin 30-lap features Wednesday night at JeffreyHogueRealtor.com Action Track USA.
Eckert of York topped the rain-postponed event from May 22; Mahaney – who drives four hours, one-way, from King Ferry, N.Y., to compete at Action Track USA – annexed the regularly scheduled main at the clay oval on the Kutztown Fairgrounds.

Twin 30’s for USAC Championship SpeedSTR’s

Twin 30 lap feature events for the Sunoco USAC Championship SpeedSTR’s  this Wednesday night May 29th. The SpeedSTR’s first feature event will take place right after warmups followed by the Pioneer Pole Buildings Wingless 600 Micro’s. A Candy Scramble is also slated Wednesday for the youngsters on the front stretch of the JeffreyHogueRealtor.com Action Track. Grandstand Gates open at 5:00. Adults only $11.00, Seniors $9.00, ages 6-12 $4.00, under 6 FREE.

Storm brings early end to Kutztown track debut

A quick-moving thunderstorm put an early end to the Goldie Meitzler Memorial season opener Wednesday night at JeffreyHogueRealtor.com Action Track USA.
Rain moved over the speedway, located on the Kutztown Fairgrounds, during the slingshot feature. The remaining two main events for the headline SpeedSTRs and 270cc micro-sprints were postponed as the 10:30 p.m. curfew loomed.
